London, 2 March 2023: Lisa has over 25-years of Board experience incorporating both Executive and Non-Executive roles, and currently sits on several Boards including those of the JP Morgan Mid Cap Investment Trust Plc, Cenkos Securities plc (of which she is Chair) and the M&C Saatchi Group, among others.
Lisa joins Fulcrum at a crucial point in its journey as it plans to enter a significant growth phase. Approaching its 20th anniversary in early 2024, Fulcrum also looks set to be entering another significant growth phase which includes expansion plans in the U.S. and Australia.
Lisa will provide independent oversight of the company’s management and corporate governance, as well as offering additional guidance and strategic direction to the company’s executive team.
