Fulcrum Asset Management announces Richard Banh has joined the firm as General Counsel. He will report to Joe Davidson, Managing Partner.
Richard Banh joins from Fidante Partners Europe, part of the ASX-listed Challenger Limited group which formed a strategic partnership with Fulcrum in October 2025.
London-based Richard was Head of Legal and Compliance & COO of Fidante’s UK office for the past 11 years. At Fidante, Richard led the development of the UK and EU international arms of the Fidante multi-affiliate business.
Prior to this he was Head of Legal and Compliance for Ellerston Capital Limited in Australia. Previous roles include Simmons & Simmons in the UK and Minter Ellison in Australia.
At Fulcrum, Richard will be responsible for overseeing the legal function at Fulcrum. Richard will bring more than legal expertise, utilising his extensive experience across multiple jurisdictions to help drive Fulcrum forward.
